Too nice, over-accommodating, self-sacrificing woman who finds herself in one-sided problematic relationships that disregard her needs, lacks validation and real connection, and keeps her unrealized dreams suppressed are clear signs of toxic relationships.
As a self esteem coach I work with women to create a lifestyle with consistent standards operating in competency and confidence that offer healthy, mutually giving experiences that see your significance, honor your worth, and provide the freedom of taking responsibility for yourself including choosing relationships and situations that serve your highest good.
Do you constantly get told you're "too nice?"
Do you have relationship insecurities?
Do you have a history of unhealthy and toxic relationships?
Do you tend to put the needs of others before your own?
Don't worry - you're not alone.
I will help you get from where you are now to living a life you love.
You know that you need to make a change, and having the right life coach is the first step in getting the help you need. Well, I learned this lesson the hard way....
I used to turn to my friends and family to help me with my relationship issues and maybe to get some good advice. What I expected and what I got were very puzzling. For example: "girl, get over that," "girl, move on," "why do you keep picking up strays", or "you can do better," only to end up repeating the exact same cycle with the next relationship.
I kinda started to figure that maybe I was part of the problem too. So I did the easy stuff like changing hairstyles, changing jobs, changing my address, changing my clothes, and of course, changing men.
But that day on the service, as I felt a nervous breakdown rising up in me, I knew then that it wasn't the external things that needed to change it was the internal stuff I hadn't dealt with that needed to be addressed.
After rebuilding my relationship with myself, I realized that I no longer had to minimize myself to make others comfortable, fix or please others around me, settle for a mediocre life or accept the unacceptable. I was now able to embrace who I truly was as a woman, my deficiencies, and my abilities. I acknowledged my POWER and designed a life that is unrecognizable from my past.
"My experience with Kimesha has been nothing but amazing. She has generously shared with me important strategies of taking my career to the next level. "
"Great news, the company made me an offer; you saved my life. I got my confidence back."
